Waiver & Booking Process

Once your trip is confirmed, every participant will receive a link to complete a Waiver and Release Agreement which must be completed and signed prior to arrival — no exceptions. The waiver covers two things:

Release of liability and acknowledgment of risk — canyoning involves moving water, swimming, jumping, rappelling, and exposure to natural environment.
Pre-Trip Questions to help us prepare for your trip. This includes emergency contact, disclosure of health and medical conditions, and equipment sizing information (height, weight, shoe size, etc.).

As the organizer, I agree to WCCA's Booking Terms & Conditions on behalf of my group. I understand each participant must individually complete and sign the Waiver and Release Agreement before the trip date, and that I'm responsible to ensure my team receives the waiver link.
